You may have noticed I was quiet last week while I was at a 5 day Spiritual Women’s retreat. I was immersed in meditation, breathwork, community and connection. On the last day I had an Ascension/ Expansion experience and I was deeply in the expansion for most of the day. These things can be simultaneously blissful and scary.
I had several of the women assisting me to return to my body at one point, drumming, chanting, using grounding crystals, and yet the Divine had other plans for me that day, and my job was to surrender, and BE.
Have you ever experienced expanding beyond your known self to the point of energetically not “fitting” in your body? It can happen in meditation, during Ascension Breathwork, which is a unique style of breathwork I will be making available soon, during Lucia Light sessions, and in plant medicine journeys.
As soon as I returned home from the retreat I shared about my experience in the video below. I believe that the ability to have these experiences, that expansion and ascension are amplified now, and will continue to be as the frequencies streaming in are getting more and more powerful.
