I have just returned from the Spirit of Nature Primalhacker retreat in Amery, Wisconsin. I loved every minute of the the retreat, which was biohacking + Spirituality on a beautiful secluded island resort. It was an event full of spiritual activities, such as an opening Cacao Ceremony, Kundalini Yoga, Ascension Breathwork, Meditation, and Ascension Training.

It was also full of biohacking, cold water ice plunge followed by sauna, sunrise and sunset shiver walks, red light dinners (always red light before sunrise and after sunset and the food was amazing), and lots of fun biohacking tools, including the Lucia Light.
