Lie Down-

  • Set your intention for this breathwork class
  • Heart breath -Breathe deeply into the belly. Each breath is expanding the belly on the inhale and contracting the belly on the exhale. Inform each breath with your heart energy.
  • 3 part breath 6 minutes
  • Hold the inhale breath 1 minute (it is ok to stop and take a second breath)
  • Hold the exhale breath 1 minute (it is ok to stop and take a second breath)
