With the intense energy fluctuations it is not uncommon to feel melancholy at times, and left unchecked that “meh” feeling can turn into depression.
There is nothing wrong with feeling the rise and fall of emotional energy and the change of emotional states. In fact, it is important to recognize, notice, and FEEL your “FEELZ”.
